At 25 years of age, State Premium Roulette is our oldest broodmare. Having been imported from Germany as a young horse, she has produced some excellent offspring. Amongst them is a son who is a grade A showjumper and her five year old daughter, Durfree Angelica (by Atlantus) was crowned Champion Mare and awarded the Gold Medal at the British Warmblood Society mare grading at Warwickshire College in 2002, heading an attendance of over 30 mares.

Roulette's bloodline takes us to the famous Ramiro via her sire Ramino. Ramiro's performance both as a sporthorse and breeding sire has earned him the title 'Stallion of the Century'.

Ramiro was the most popular distributor of the Ramzes blood and numerous sons and daughters pass on the valuable genes that stand for rideability and jumping talent. He was one of the first stallions to appear in the sport and during his own sporting career, Ramiro had numerous wins at all levels of showjumping - Nations Cups, Puissance (jumping over 2.2 metres) and in international Grand Prix competition.

When Ramiro was presented for selection, he was described as the ideal type - tall and elegant with a powerful frame, a glorious face and large, clear eyes. His excellently formed neck, beautifully set, could still be seen, even when he was an old horse and are stamped on his progeny.
Ramiro still ranks number 16 on the 2003 World Breeding Federation jumping stallion rankings. He is arguably the most influential jumping stallion ever.

Joining together the bloodlines of Roulette with that of Sandro Song brings together two of the most popular lines of the present generation. Her daughter, Sonata, and sons, Staccato and Steinway carry the same bloodline as the Six Year Old World Champion Dressage Horse, Sandro Hit (Sandro Song x Ramino).

Redstone Casino has qualified for the NUUMED Potential Young Dressage Horse Championship - 5 year old, with a score of 84.7%

Roulette has now officially retired as a broodmare and will spend her remaining days here with us
